Mann age 94 of Boone Township, Indiana died at 9:30 p.m. Sunday (April 10, 2005) in the St. Charles Health Campus in Jasper. She was born on July 25, 1910 in Boone Township, Indiana to Peter and Elizabeth (Breidenbaugh) Schnarr. She married Clarence H. Mann on July 25, 1931 at Holland, Indiana, he preceded her in death on may 4, 2001. She was a homemaker and member of St. John’s Lutheran Church and WELCA of her church in Boone Township - Avid quilter, Gardner and Crochet. 2 daughters; Mrs. Richard “Barbara” Hoffmann, Loogootee, IN Mrs. Paul “Rosalie” Chanley, Jasper, IN 2 sons, Larry Mann, Otwell, IN Lloyd Mann Jasper, IN 11 grandchildren and 1 step grandchild 20 great and 1 step great and 6 great great grandchildren. She was the last surviving member of her family, 2 sisters; Cora McCain and Carrie Wineinger, 5 brothers, Perry, Orville, Edgar and Ray Schnarr and Albert Schnarr died in infancy. Funeral services for Lois K. Mann will be held 11:00 a.m. Wednesday (April 13, 2005) in St. John’s Lutheran in Boone Township with burial to follow in the church cemetery. The Rev. Richard Vonesh will officiate. Friends may call from 2 - 8 p.m. Tuesday at the Becher - Kluesner North Chapel in Jasper. Memorial contributions may be made to St. John’s Cemetery or to a favorite charity.
