Wallace and Barbara Wilms

Dateline Jasper: Wallace Wilms age 73 of Jasper passed away at 2:30 A.M. Sunday January 10, 2010 at his home in Jasper as the result of a fire. He was born August 25, 1936 at Neenah WI. To: Forrest and Lavina (Andersen) Wilms. He married Barbara Walters June 24, 1958 at Lucedale Mississippi. She passed away January 10, 2010. Wallace graduated from Neenah High School in Neenah WI. June of 1955, He joined the US Coast Guard and worked in Damage control for 12 years. When he returned to civilian life he worked for International Paper Co. in Moss Point MS., in quality control until his retirement. He was a valued employee at JC Penney and also worked as a custodian at Shiloh United Methodist Church in Jasper. Wallace was a very active member of the church and helped out any way possible. Surviving: 2 daughters-Gwen and Sabrina Wilms both of Jasper. 2 brothers-Phillip Wilms of Sun Praise WI., and Samuel Wilms of Elyria OH. 2 sisters-Joyce Reid of Rockford IL., and Elaine Sorenson of Wasau WI. Nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held from 6:00-until the time of service at 6:30 P.M. Friday January 15, 2010 at Shiloh Untied Methodist Church in Jasper. The Rev. Scott Cassel will officiate the service. Burial will be at a later date. Becher & Kluesner Funeral Homes Inc. is in charge of the arrangements. To: Clarence and Leuvina (Butler) Walters. She married Wallace Wilms June 24, 1958 at Lucedale MS. He passed away January 10, 2010. Surviving: 2 daughters-Gwen and Sabrina Wilms both of Jasper. 1 brother-Claude Walters of Eight Mile AL. 2 sisters-Carol Walters of Mobile AL., and Louena Moss of Agricola MS. Nieces and nephews Visitation will be held from 6:00 P.M. until the time of service at 6:30 P.M. Friday January 15, 2010 at the Shiloh United Methodist Church in Jasper Rev.
