Dateline Jasper: Michael Brosmer age 57 of Jasper passed away at 3:00 P.M. Friday March 11, 2005 in Oakland City IN. He was born March 11, 1947 in Evansville IN. to: Roman and Marie (Eckert) Brosmer. He married Patty Ruckriegel April 10, 1987 at St. Joseph Catholic Church Memberships include: the K of C, he coached Youth Baseball for over 18 years, and he was a member of the St. Joseph Catholic Church Choir. He was owner and operator of Brosmer Distributing in Jasper. Surviving: his wife Patty Brosmer of Jasper 2 sons Dr. Jared Brosmer of Jasper and Ross Brosmer at home. 4 daughters- Mrs. Hugo (Abby) Rivera of Noblesville IN., Lauren, Bethany, and Kenwyn Brosmer all at home. 2 brothers-Jim Brosmer of Nashville TN., and John Brosmer –Sacred Heart School of Theology in Hales Corner WI. 5 sisters-Mrs. Allen (Chris) Schuetter, and Mrs. Michael (Kathy) Bachman both of Jasper. Mrs. Tom (Ann) Weyer of Ferdinand IN., Laura Knies of Celestine IN., Mrs. Eric (Rachel) Hilligoss of Greenfield IN. 3 Grandchildren Visitation will be held from 11:00-8:00 P.M. Monday at the Becher & Kluesner Downtown Chapel in Jasper. Funeral service will be held at 9:30 A.M. Tuesday March 15, 2005 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Jasper with burial to follow in Fairview Cemetery in Jasper.
