Becher – Kluesner Funeral Home, Inc. 214 E. 7th St. 812-482-4141 Donald D. Resenbeck age 72 of Jasper passed away at 6:45 p.m. Sunday February 22, 2004 at Jasper Memorial Hospital. He was born October 5, 1931 in Pike County to: Roy and LoCallie (Jones) Resenbeck. He married Mona Persohn November 27, 1958. He worked for the Jasper City Street Department for 35 years-Retired. He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church and past member of the Jasper Outdoor Recreation. Surviving: his wife Mona Resenbeck of Jasper 5 daughters-Mrs. Jason (Martina) Pfaff, Mrs. Alex (April) Simmers both of Jasper, Mrs. Paul (Paula) Gogel of Ferdinand, Mrs. Ed (Madonna) Neukam of Jasper, Mrs. Greg (Diana) Burch of Hopkinsville KY. 1 step daughter-Mrs. Frank (Julie) Morgan of Morganfield KY. 3 sons-Joe Resenbeck of Manhattan Kansas, Tom and Doug Resenbeck both of San Diego CA. 1 foster-son-Jim Jackson of Wisconsin 2 sisters- Mrs. Don (Barbara) Johnson and Ruth Kissel both of Huntingburg 21 Grandchildren 10 Great Grandchildren Preceded in death by 5 brothers-Joe and Bill Resenbeck and 3 who died in infancy, 1 sister-Mary Rose Carnahan. Visitation will be held from 2:00-8:00 p.m. Wednesday at the Becher & Kluesner Downtown Chapel in Jasper. Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday February 26, 2004 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Jasper with entombment to follow in Fairview Cemetery Mausoleum in Jasper.
