Anna Mae was born in Jasper, Indiana on February 2, 1934 to Edward and Christina (Blessinger) Erny. She married Edward F. Reckelhoff in 1971 at Precious Blood Catholic Church in Jasper, IN. She was a homemaker and member of St. Anthony Catholic Church and their Christian Mothers Sodality. She enjoyed dancing, playing cards, crossword puzzles and playing bingo. Erny, step great-grandchild Matthew Wood, and one step daughter-in-law, Carolyn Reckelhoff. Funeral services for Anna Mae Reckelhoff will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday (February 22, 2014) at St. Anthony Catholic Church in St. Anthony, IN, with burial to follow in the church cemetery. Friends may call from 2:00-8:00 p.m. on Friday (February 21, 2014) at the Becher-Kluesner Downtown Chapel in Jasper and one hour before services at church. The Christian Mothers will pray a rosary at 1:45 p.m. on Friday. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Anthony Catholic Church, the Alzheimer's Association, or to a favorite charity.
